Responsibilities
Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break
Full-time is 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month
Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting
Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair
Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders
Easy-to-use EMR with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute
Qualification
Required
Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies
CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
