Responsibilities
Manage a large requisition load across multiple markets, ensuring consistent candidate flow and timely movement through the hiring funnel
Screen candidates based on job requirements, verifying experience, certifications (if applicable), availability, and overall alignment to the role
Maintain strong, consistent communication with field leaders by providing regular updates on staffing priorities, pipeline health, submittal activity, and overall requisition status. Ensure a positive candidate experience with consistent communication and timely follow-up
Support urgent staffing needs by accelerating outreach and sourcing for critical or hard-to-fill roles
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of Technical experience
HS Diploma/ GED required
Recruiting experience in a high-volume, multi-location environment with working knowledge of ATS systems, hiring compliance, and labor market dynamics
Experience partnering with field leaders and efficiently moving candidates through the hiring funnel is required
Preferred
Associate/Technical degree preferred
