Responsibilities
Manage a litigation caseload involving General Liability matters
Handle cases for both local and national clients throughout California
Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and plaintiff
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Prepare witnesses and support trial preparation
Manage court filings, including e-filing
Maintain detailed and accurate time records
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant defense litigation experience
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong deposition and motion practice experience
Excellent research, writing, and case analysis skills
Ability to manage workload independently and efficiently
