Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with executive leadership to define the priorities that will fuel our next phase of growth

Build Partnerships: Onboard and manage a high-performing supplier base, negotiating terms that ensure our production schedule remains bulletproof
Lead with Humanity: You aren't just managing a chain; you’re leading a team. You’ll mentor, develop, and expand our supply chain talent across multiple locations
Guard the Flow: Conduct risk assessments to safeguard our commitments to customers and ensure that "out of stock" isn't in our vocabulary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
At least 10 years of proven success managing complex, multi-plant supply chains
Ability to travel between DVM locations as needed (overnight stays may be required)
Comfortable in a professional office environment, able to lift 15 lbs, and ready to pass a background/drug screening
