This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to oversee servicer performance, identify inefficiencies, and enhance portfolio results.

Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact with servicers and external counsel
Work in partnership with servicers to develop tools and processes that achieve desired outcomes
Lead monthly servicer portfolio review meetings and ensure effective communication
Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to guide decision-making
Ensure timely and compliant servicer actions; proactively address delays and inefficiencies
Review and redesign processes internally and with the servicer to address root causes and improve consistency
Identify risks in legal or servicing processes and implement long-term solutions
Build scalable frameworks for repeatable, efficient asset management execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in asset management, servicing oversight, or related areas
Expertise in loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO and litigation practices, including experience reading and interpreting legal documents
Expertise in evaluating processes to identify root causes of volatility
Experience working with third-party servicers, legal counsel, and cross-functional teams
Advanced Excel skills required - including ability to represent scenarios efficiently in Excel
Preferred
Advanced degree is a plus
SQL proficiency or willingness to learn preferred
