Responsibilities
Promote a positive and productive work environment in a cluster of four adult group homes
Hire, train, and coach Residential Managers including Assistant Managers and Direct Support Professionals as you promote ACLD’s values and strategic vision
Ensure quality services are provided to each individual through person-centered planning and maximize opportunities for integration within the community
Manage multiple budgets and ensure sound fiscal management procedures are followed
Ensure accurate documentation and service billing is complete and submitted in a timely fashion for assigned programs
Act as a liaison with the Clinical team to ensure quality clinical services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the field of Human Services required
5 years' experience in the Human Services Field with at least one year working with developmentally disabled adults
3 years supervisory experience
Knowledge of OPWDD systems and regulations essential
The ability to obtain/maintain/perform SCIP (Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention) Certification
Clean, valid NYS driver's license
