Responsibilities
Manage and support architectural projects from schematic design through permitting
Coordinate with Consultants
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Serve as a point of contact for client communication and coordination
Manage permit and agency submittals, responses, and resubmissions
Maintain organized project documentation, correspondence, and logs
Coordinate internally with design teams and firm leadership
Support quality control reviews prior to submissions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Approximately 3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
Working knowledge of architectural drawings for Multifamily projects
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit and AutoCAD
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
