Responsibilities

Build and run a scalable creator + UGC system that produces consistent, high-performing content
Source, brief, negotiate with, and manage creators of all sizes at volume
Develop platform-specific organic strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
Stay ahead of trends, formats, hooks, and algorithm changes
Partner with the advertising team to ensure organic content drives conversion, not just engagement
Use performance data to continuously improve creative output
Leverage AI tools to increase speed, quality, and scale of execution

Required

4 to 8+ years in organic social, creator programs, or content-led growth (agency or in-house)
Deep, hands-on understanding of how TT, Meta and YouTube algorithms work
Proven ability to operate independently and own outcomes
Strong creative judgment paired with operational discipline
Comfortable testing, iterating, and moving fast
Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CapCut)

Preferred

Strong candidates can clearly explain how they would build a repeatable UGC pipeline from scratch
Why certain content formats perform better than others across platforms
How organic content supports paid performance and revenue
How they use systems, tools, or automation to scale output
