Responsibilities

Coordinate global shipments and deliveries
Maintain Excel-based tracking for containers, ETAs, and materials
Process recurring purchase orders and verify accuracy
Track supplier quality issues and follow up for resolution
Provide administrative support to the VP of Supply Chain & Quality
Communicate updates between suppliers and internal teams

Required

2–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing support
Strong Excel and organizational skills
