They are seeking a Cleanroom Technician responsible for overseeing daily production and packaging activities while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities
Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products
Address line issues and other production problems promptly and notify the Team Leader of required corrective actions
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and all related SOPs
Utilize a computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) inventory system to report lot-controlled ingredients on batch records
Qualification
Required
Understanding of cleanroom environments, production processes, and GDP
Familiarity with SOPs and ability to give detailed examples of their use in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in machine operation, multi-tasking, quality assurance, packaging, inspection, and computer operation
At least two years of previous assembly/packaging experience
Preferred
Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is strongly preferred
Knowledge of coagulation-based manufacturing processes and familiarity with GDP, GMP, GLP, FDA, and ISO
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
