Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of security professionals responsible for RMF implementation
Oversee system categorization, security control selection, and implementation based on FBI risk management strategies
Conduct security control assessments to validate the effectiveness of implemented safeguards
Prepare risk management documentation for system authorization and executive decision-making
Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity, incident response, and audit support efforts
Track and report on security engineering activities, ensuring compliance with FBI and federal standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RMF, NIST guidance, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
TS clearance with /SCI eligibility required
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience
Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity engineering, RMF, and NIST SP 800-53
Experience in system categorization, security control implementation, and continuous monitoring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
