Responsibilities

Help design, implement, and scale best-in-class go-to-market (GTM) operating infrastructure, reporting, and insights, across our portfolio companies
Establish standardized revenue metrics, reporting, and operating cadence across marketing, sales, and customer retention
Ensure those metrics are enabled by the right systems, data infrastructure, and tools to deliver insightful analysis on our revenue functions

Required

8-12 years of experience in GTM analytics including Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations
Experience in a client-facing, consulting-type role
Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions, including demand generation, sales pipelines, renewals, and expansion
Hands-on experience with common CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools (Power BI)
Experience with third-party system integrators
Ability to operate independently across multiple companies and stakeholders
