Responsibilities

Support day-to-day field construction activities and serve as a technical resource on site
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work packages to support construction execution
Coordinate with construction supervisors, subcontractors, and engineering teams to resolve field issues
Assist with constructability reviews, field changes, and requests for information
Verify work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and quality standards
Support field inspections, walkdowns, and documentation of completed work
Track construction progress and assist with schedule updates and reporting
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
10+ years of relevant experience supporting construction activities on large-scale industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
Demonstrated experience working in a field-based engineering or construction support role
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Experience coordinating with construction teams, subcontractors, and engineering organizations
Familiarity with construction quality requirements, safety standards, and work control processes
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic construction environment
Willingness and ability to meet site access, background, and training requirements
Must be U.S. citizen
Ability to pass a background check
