Responsibilities

Create engaging, on-brand content for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels (Reels, Stories, short-form video, static posts, etc.)
Plan, film, edit, and publish original content that supports brand initiatives, product launches, and campaigns
Stay up to date on social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments, and proactively apply them to content creation
Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to align content with the overall social strategy
Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure content supports broader brand goals
Consistently deliver assets on time
Repurpose long-form or high-performing content into platform-optimized formats
Track and analyze content performance and use insights to iterate and improve future content
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Support occasional on-site or off-site content shoots as needed

Required

1–2+ years of experience in content creation
Proven ability to plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video and static content
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and content formats across Reels, Stories, and TikTok
Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, InShot, Canva, or similar)
Strong storytelling skills and an eye for brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
Comfortable being on camera and directing or capturing content when needed
