Responsibilities
Legal representation: Staying up to date with legal knowledge and proactively obtaining the knowledge necessary to obtain the best possible outcomes for all clients
Quality communication and support : Ensuring clients are supported throughout the legal process with constant communications and providing support and guidance regarding their legal matters. Ensuring clients are served with the highest quality in a timely manner, quick response times to client inquiries, setting expectations, prioritizing tasks, and addressing client concerns actively and proactively
Conduct consults: Meet with potential client and determine how we can help them in the most difficult time in their life
Qualification
Required
Three (3) to twenty-five (25) years of experience in the divorce and family law field
Reputation for compassion and intelligence
Ability to adopt an assertive approach when necessary
Highly versed in negotiations
Ability to help clients resolve conflicts and reach agreements
Willingness to take clients' matters to court when necessary
Staying up to date with legal knowledge
Proactively obtaining the knowledge necessary to obtain the best possible outcomes for all clients
Ensuring clients are supported throughout the legal process with constant communications
Providing support and guidance regarding clients' legal matters
Ensuring clients are served with the highest quality in a timely manner
Quick response times to client inquiries
