Responsibilities
Manage new vendor registration requests
Maintain accurate supplier records
Coordinate vendor updates and deactivations
Monitor documentation expirations
Serve as liaison between Procurement and AP
Research and resolve vendor-related issues
Support Excel-based trackers for vendor status
Ensure compliance through clean record-keeping
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years in procurement or accounts payable roles
Experience managing vendor onboarding and documentation
Understanding of compliance requirements
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred
Experience in regulated industries
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
