Expertise in cloud-based application design and architecture, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization in AWS
Hands-on experience with Databricks , particularly in data-driven cloud applications
Ability to visualize the entire application landscape and guide the technical team in aligning architecture with business goals
Proactively track and resolve technical impediments to ensure timely project completion
In-depth understanding of the Securities Lending domain, including its processes, technologies, and solutions within the banking/financial services industry
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, driving results in collaborative team environments
Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
15+ years of hands-on development experience and experience in providing solutions to complex business functions
Strong background in both development and architecture, particularly with the following skill sets:

Securities Lending (Banking domain expertise)
