They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, while contributing to employee engagement and company culture.

Responsibilities
Assist with candidate sourcing through job postings and databases
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with candidates
Help prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new employee orientation sessions
Ensure completion and tracking of required new-hire documentation
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and regulations
Assist with tracking performance reviews, training records, and compliance documentation
Support compliance audits and reporting as needed
Help organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development activities
Monitor attendance and gather participant feedback
Assist with Culture Club activities, including community engagement, team building, and wellbeing initiatives
Respond to employee inquiries and route questions to appropriate HR resources
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
Assist with payroll or benefits administration under supervision
Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and trends
Support special HR projects as assigned
Attend Granite Partners Internship Bridge meetings
Create and present a capstone project
Attend internal Microbiologics internship program meetings
Qualification
Required
Must be a current college or university student
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
In good academic standing (minimum 2.50 GPA)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Major in Human Resource Management, General Business, or a related field preferred
Experience in research and basic knowledge of statistics preferred
