Responsibilities

Guide hiring managers through the contingent worker onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements are completed
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of contingent workers
Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding contingent workforce processes and policies
Monitor and track contingent worker assignments, ensuring compliance with company policies and contract terms
Provide training and support to hiring managers on the use of Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Coordinate the offboarding process for contingent workers
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the offboarding process
Partner with staffing vendors to address any issues related to contingent workers, including performance, compliance, and contract adherence
Assist in maintaining and updating vendor agreements and ensuring alignment with company standards
Maintain accurate records of contingent worker assignments and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements related to contingent workforce management
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contingent workforce program

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, staffing, or a related field
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or similar platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) certification
Experience working in a large, global organization
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to contingent workers
