Responsibilities
Lead FP&A support for G&A and R&D organizations, including budget ownership, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic resource planning
Manage, coach, and develop one direct report to ensure high-quality analysis and team growth
Partner with functional leaders to align financial plans with business priorities and performance objectives
Own corporate financial reporting, including annual, quarterly, and monthly management packages, executive dashboards, and KPI tracking
Develop and enhance analytical frameworks and financial models to drive transparency and insight across the organization
Support quarterly earnings cycles, investor relations metrics, and benchmarking against peers
Establish and oversee procurement processes to improve spend visibility, enhance controls, and drive cost discipline across the organization
Partner with business leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies while maintaining business performance
Evaluate vendor spend and support contract negotiation efforts through data-driven recommendations
Contribute to long-range strategic and financial planning, supporting company-wide alignment on investment priorities and resource allocation
Build robust financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making on new initiatives, headcount planning, and R&D investments
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership through proactive insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
8+ years of experience as a corporate or investment banking analyst or in a similar strategic finance role
Proven people management skills with experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams
Strong understanding of corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and R&D operations
Advanced modeling and analytical capabilities; ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
Track record of implementing procurement, budgeting, or forecasting processes that drive measurable efficiencies
Exceptional ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial leaders and influence senior stakeholders
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
