Responsibilities
Inspiring management with compelling ideas to guide the business area
Developing strategies to manage the energy transition while ensuring growth and profitability
Identifying key challenges and opportunities in Grid Technologies and shaping transformative project ideas
Structuring and leading strategic projects across complex settings toward clear decisions and impact
Monitoring progress on transformation initiatives and driving corrective actions
Steering and developing other strategy consultants to strengthen team capabilities
Qualification
Required
University degree in industrial engineering, engineering, natural sciences, business administration (Master, Diploma, PhD) or comparable
3 or more years of experience in a management consultancy or strategy department of a large or mid-sized corporation is a must. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
Experience in the energy industry and international project work, including collaboration across global teams
Proven track record in project management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, holistic approach to strategic, quantitative, and organizational challenges
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English, ideally German), combined with a team-oriented mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office
