Responsibilities

Oversee the accounts receivable department to ensure efficient processing of AIA billing
Manage invoicing, collections, and cash application processes
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging and collection forecasts
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency
Train and mentor accounts receivable staff to foster a high-performing team environment

Required

Minimum of 5 years of accounts receivable management experience
Expertise in AIA billing is required

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Experience in the construction or engineering industry
Knowledge of ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
