Responsibilities

Define, manage, and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across omnichannel brick-and-mortar and online operations
Articulate brand guidelines that accurately reflect the brand’s mission, vision, values, and positioning
Partner with leadership to align brand strategy with business goals and market growth opportunities
Lead the development of omnichannel brand creative assets, messaging frameworks, and storytelling that resonate with diverse player segments
Ensure that creative output maintains brand consistency across digital, traditional, and on-property channels
Drive unified brand experience across all customer touchpoints, connecting digital and physical marketing efforts into a cohesive narrative
Work closely with brick-and-mortar and online partners to ensure brand collaboration across initiatives
Partner with advertising, media buying, CRM, database marketing, and property-level teams to ensure that all initiatives are brand aligned
Guide internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain consistent brand execution
Oversee the creation and distribution of branded content, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and customer interactions across RSI and RSG platforms
Lead efforts to increase brand visibility, loyalty, and equity across Pennsylvania and Illinois
Support promotional and sponsorship initiatives that reinforce brand identity and resonate with target audiences
Appropriately advise key level executives of matters requiring their attention
Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with property leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of brand management experience, preferably with omnichannel exposure or within gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industries
Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive measurable business results
Strong creative sensibility with experience overseeing design, messaging, and storytelling
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and external partners
Data-driven mindset with experience using research and analytics to form brand strategy
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Passion for creating memorable and consistent brand experiences that resonate with diverse audiences
