Responsibilities
Prepares both ongoing and ad-hoc reports of moderate to high complexity to support business goals and objectives
Communicates results of reports to business partners when required
Reviews queries for performance issues, making changes as needed. Participates in the design and development of the system, as well as creation of user documentation
Identifies opportunities to standardize, scale, or automate common report requests. Proposes enhancements to reports and existing processes. Interprets business needs, analyzes impacts, prepares for change and documents procedures
Trains users on reporting tools and creates visuals based on data reports to show results
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Minimum of three years related work experience
