Mid LevelKeen Search & Staffing, LLC is seeking a commercially minded Finance professional to act as a key Finance partner for the Security Service Line. The role involves providing insights across P&L performance, pricing, forecasting, and commercial decision-making while collaborating with various teams to drive profitability and performance.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to provide clear, actionable commercial finance insight
Lead commercial analysis across pricing, bids/RFPs, and margin management
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Translate financial results into meaningful insights with FP&A
Drive adoption of commercial tools and KPIs to improve profitability
Ensure compliance with financial controls and pricing policies
Qualification
Required
Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and forecasting skills
Confident communicator able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Preferred
Microsoft D365 and Tagetik experience desirable
