Desktop Support Engineer EUC L2

Solyssey is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for their IT support team. The role involves hands-on support for Windows environments, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Hands-on support for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11
Support Windows environments (MacOS experience is a plus)
Troubleshoot and maintain workstations, desktops, laptops, printers/fax machines, peripherals, graphics cards, and network cards
Strong experience with PC/Workstation builds , MS SCCM , and MS MDM
Support and administration of Active Directory (2003/2008/2012 R2) , Office 365 , Exchange , DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Basic troubleshooting of iPad, iPhone, Android, and other smart devices
Asset and inventory management
Strong experience in multi-functional printer troubleshooting
Ability to stay composed while resolving technical issues
Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language
Deliver excellent customer service
Flexibility to work before/after business hours or weekends as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of IT support experience
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, and PC/Laptop management
Excellent troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
Willingness to support off-hours and weekend work for projects or emergencies

Preferred

MacOS experience is a plus
