Responsibilities
Deliver Level 1 technical support for onsite and remote colleagues across devices, applications, and network services
Provide concierge-level desk-side and virtual support for executive leadership, including video conferencing assistance
Troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents clearly while guiding non-technical users through solutions
Install, configure, and reinstall software on end-user devices as needed
Ensure adherence to security standards, including DLP, encryption, malware prevention, and secure email practices
Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to escalate and resolve urgent or complex issues
Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures
Follow up with colleagues to confirm resolution and ensure a positive support experience
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
Less than 2 years of technical service desk or related experience
Preferred
2+ years of technical service desk or related experience
Certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or HDI
