Sales Operations Lead - Global Healing
Nosh.com is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of healthy living products. They are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to support and scale their wholesale business, focusing on operational excellence to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day operational management of wholesale accounts, including onboarding, account setup, and ongoing support
Convert Purchase Orders into accurate invoices and ensure contract terms, pricing, and agreements are adhered to
Manage inbound wholesale inquiries via Zendesk (Ticketing System), ensuring timely, professional, and thorough responses
Coordinate closely with Fulfillment and Quality Control to ensure accurate domestic and international order execution
Maintain accurate customer, order, and communication records across Zendesk, QuickBooks, and Zoey
Provide Fulfillment with all necessary shipping and documentation details
Proactively reach out to wholesale customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues before they escalate
Support product launches by ensuring accounts receive correct information, materials, and samples
Assist with upselling, cross-selling, and sample requests from an operational support standpoint
Participate in team meetings and represent the wholesale team at select marketing events and conferences (occasionally weekends)
Act as a key internal liaison, ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, and Finance
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience in operational management of wholesale accounts
Ability to convert Purchase Orders into accurate invoices
Knowledge of contract terms, pricing, and agreements
Experience managing inbound inquiries via a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk)
Ability to coordinate with Fulfillment and Quality Control for order execution
Proficient in maintaining accurate records across multiple systems (e.g., Zendesk, QuickBooks, Zoey)
Ability to provide necessary shipping and documentation details to Fulfillment
Proactive in reaching out to customers to ensure satisfaction
Experience supporting product launches
Ability to assist with upselling, cross-selling, and sample requests
Willingness to participate in team meetings and represent the wholesale team at marketing events and conferences
