Chief of Staff, U.S. Memory Sales

The role involves shaping and executing the memory sales strategy, acting as a liaison for executive leadership, and driving cross-functional initiatives to meet revenue targets and strategic KPIs.

Responsibilities
Co‑develop and continuously refine the U.S. memory‑sales roadmap aligned with global objectives
Identify new channel opportunities; conduct scenario analysis and present recommendations to senior leadership
Oversee end‑to‑end sales processes, KPI tracking, and CRM data integrity
Lead cross‑functional projects (pricing, product launches, sales‑force enablement)
Prepare briefing materials, slide decks, and talking points for the CEO, CEVP, and Board
Set agendas, synthesize data, and ensure clear action items and follow‑up
Represent sales leadership in key customer meetings and negotiations
Articulate Samsung’s value proposition, commitments, and guarantee delivery of milestones
Liaise with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align revenue targets and strategic KPIs
Partner with HR to boost sales‑team effectiveness, drive training, and manage performance cycles
Champion an inclusive, high‑performance culture across the U.S. sales organization
Lead high‑priority initiatives, acting as proxy for the Head of Memory Sales when required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or other advanced degree preferred
8-12 years of sales-related experience, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or advisory role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy)
Proven success in semiconductor, memory, or related high-technology markets
Strategic thinking – translate corporate goals into a focused U.S. memory-sales roadmap
Project management – prioritize, schedule, and deliver multi-departmental initiatives on time and within scope
Analytical skills – data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide decision-making
Executive communication – create clear, persuasive written and verbal content for CEO-level audiences
Leadership & influence – drive cross-functional collaboration and solve complex problems
Customer relationship management – build trust with key accounts and ensure delivery of commitments
Technical Tools: CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Data-visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), Microsoft Office Suite
