The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to work on complex commercial real estate transactions and provide legal counsel to high-profile clients.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development, and joint venture matters
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and documentation with precision and strategic insight
Manage complex deal structures and coordinate across multiple parties, including lenders, investors, and developers
Provide practical and business-minded legal counsel to clients navigating sophisticated real estate matters
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys while taking on increasing levels of responsibility and client engagement
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably within an Am Law or major regional firm
Strong experience with real estate finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work effectively with sophisticated clients and in a collaborative team environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
