Responsibilities
Create and operate in-app design challenges, games, and events to drive user engagement
Support and manage user-hosted activities, and coordinate them with official in-app programs
Engage with users and respond to community needs to enhance user experience and interaction quality
Analyze in-app content performance and user behavior using analytical tools, and optimize strategies based on insights
Continuously develop creative, high-quality in-app content and community activities
Qualification
Required
Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong multitasking and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Available to work at least 20 hours per week
Maintains a positive attitude under pressure and demonstrates a strong work ethic
Flexible and comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities
Able to work effectively in a remote work environment, with strong time management and self-discipline
Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and adapting to flexible working hours
Passionate about interior design, mobile apps, community building, and digital content
Preferred
Background in Design and Marketing (Interior Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or related fields) preferred
Experience with photo, graphic, or video editing tools; familiarity with Photoshop, Figma, or More is a plus
Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, or More
