iO Associates is an AI-powered sales and lead management platform focused on the health and fitness industry. They are seeking a B2B SaaS Sales Executive to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle, selling AI-driven solutions to fitness operators.
Responsibilities
Own new business hunting: identify, research, and target high‑value fitness operators, creating and executing your own outreach plan
Build and grow a strong, qualified pipeline through high‑volume, high‑quality outbound activity (calls, email, social, events)
Run the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, from first contact through discovery, demo, proposal, and close with clear next steps at every stage
Deliver sharp, persuasive demos and pitches that clearly link our AI solution to revenue growth, lead conversion, and cost savings
Relentlessly drive deals forward, overcoming objections, navigating stakeholders, and keeping a tight handle on timelines and decision processes
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting, with clear visibility on pipeline coverage and progress against monthly and quarterly targets
Consistently hit and aim to exceed sales targets, treating quota as a baseline, not a ceiling
Qualification
Required
3+ years in B2B SaaS new business sales, consistently beating target
Proven hunter: comfortable with high outbound activity and building your own pipeline
Strong closer with a track record of running full-cycle deals and winning net-new logos
Confident, concise communicator who can pitch and negotiate with senior decision-makers
Commercially sharp: able to link product value to revenue, conversion, and ROI
Self-starting, competitive mindset with high resilience and urgency in a fast-paced environment
