The Fountain Group is seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join their dedicated team for the 1st shift. This role involves board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products, leveraging technical expertise in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively
Identify vendor vs. process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports
Record data of failures and explain diagnoses clearly
Work independently and adapt to varying conditions
Support factory operations on weekends when required

Qualification

Electronics equipment proficiencyRF knowledgeElectronic troubleshooting skillsSchematic interpretationCommunication skills

Required

Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology
Proficiency in operating/setup of electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc.)
RF knowledge and 1-3 years of related experience
Strong Electronic And Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
100% onsite presence required
Steel toe boots are mandatory

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology
Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting
Extensive knowledge of 2-way subscriber products
