Executive Sales Coordinator
Global Edge Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Sales Coordinator to support executive leadership and sales activities. The role involves facilitating sales initiatives, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups with clients.

Responsibilities
Support sales leadership by assisting with proposals, presentations, and deal-related materials (similar to existing sales support functions within the organization)
Communicate with clients regarding the status of candidates, proposals, and next steps, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
Track action items, deadlines, and outstanding deliverables to help move opportunities toward close
Anticipate sales needs and proactively prepare materials or information before they are requested
Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics on behalf of executives and sales leadership
Arrange and coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Act as a facilitator to ensure meetings, calls, and sales activities run smoothly and efficiently
Assist with preparation of board packets, executive reports, presentations, and other high-level materials
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, documents, and presentations for internal and external use
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records to ensure easy access and accuracy
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Provide general office and administrative support as needed to maintain smooth daily operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales support, sales coordination, office management, executive support, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and close loops
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with clients and senior leadership
High attention to detail and the ability to anticipate next steps without constant direction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience preparing professional presentations and reports
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment
Preferred
Portuguese language skills are a plus but not required
