Business Development Manager
Solera Senior Living is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through compassionate and creative care. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive organic occupancy growth through relationship-based outreach and community partnerships at The Willows at Raleigh.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a structured external outreach strategy to generate non-paid referrals
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, elder-law attorneys, financial planners, senior centers, employers, and faith-based organizations
Re-engage dormant referral sources and past prospects
Plan and host professional lunches, educational events, and community programs
Represent the community at networking events and local organizations
Serve as a brand ambassador for the community and Solera Senior Living
Support inquiry follow-up and tours during peak periods as needed
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and referral tracking
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
Proven success in external business development and community outreach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a local territory
Preferred
CRM experience preferred
