Responsibilities
Own video production from setup to publish
Film podcasts, livestreams, interviews, and in person events
Set up and operate cameras, audio, lighting, and livestream gear
Edit long form content (YouTube, podcasts)
Create and publish high volume short form content
Produce 4 to 5 short clips per day when content allows
Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
Maintain consistent audio, lighting, framing, and brand quality
Organize footage for fast access and repurposing
Work toward clear content volume expectations
Prioritize speed and consistency over perfection
Improve content based on performance feedback and trends
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years' experience in videography and editing
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Experience with livestreaming platforms such as StreamYard
Confident with professional cameras, audio, and lighting
Able to work independently without constant direction
Comfortable in fast paced environments with tight deadlines
Preferred
Personal brands, founders, or influencers
Social first or documentary style content (Gary Vee style)
Multi camera setups and live production
