This attorney will handle a broad range of trust and estate planning and administration matters, including probate court proceedings and ongoing trust management.

Responsibilities
Draft and administer wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
Handle probate court matters from filing through resolution
Advise clients on trust setup, funding, and ongoing management
Work directly with clients on estate planning strategies
Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries
Assist with estate and trust administration matters
Support long-term continuity and succession within the practice
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Trusts & Estates experience
Licensed in New Hampshire (required)
Demonstrated experience with probate court proceedings
Experience with trust formation, funding, and administration
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Interest in long-term growth within an established firm
Preferred
Massachusetts Bar admission a strong plus
