Responsibilities

Work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team delivering technical solutions within the highest levels of the federal government
Manage endpoint imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation across enterprise environments
Support and operate enterprise endpoint management tools and platforms
Resolve Tier 3 endpoint issues in support of a service desk and mission operations
Maintain secure, compliant Windows and macOS client environments
Participate actively in Agile execution and continuous improvement activities
Communicate technical issues, solutions, and risks clearly with stakeholders
Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and reliability
Apply creativity and sound engineering judgment to deliver innovative solutions aligned to customer needs

Required

An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required
5+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows and macOS endpoints
Hands-on experience with MECM, Tanium, Microsoft Intune, and BigFix
Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS (Sequoia/Tahoe) environments
Experience with OS imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation
Possess DoD 8140 DCWF Role 451 (System Administrator) with one or more certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred (relevant experience may be substituted)
