Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to final implementation
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and developers to define user experiences
Design responsive, high-performance interfaces for web and mobile applications
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components
Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX audits
Translate UX designs into clean, maintainable front-end code
Ensure accessibility (WCAG), usability, and cross-browser compatibility
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
Mentor junior designers and developers; provide UI/UX leadership
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required

10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Hands-on experience with modern frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js
Strong proficiency in UX and UI tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
Deep understanding of interaction design and information architecture
Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Experience with design systems and component-based architecture
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
Experience working with REST APIs and backend integration
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
