They are seeking an Account Executive I who will engage with small and mid-sized businesses, conducting sales calls, applying consultative selling techniques, and managing client onboarding to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Conduct 8 to 10 scheduled sales calls per day focused on small to mid-sized businesses, prioritizing higher-value and more complex opportunities
Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover SMB pain points and connect them to tailored, multi-solution proposals across listings, reputation, websites, digital advertising, and AI-powered tools such as chat solutions
Lead product walkthroughs and onboarding-style presentations, clearly communicating value and identifying opportunities to upsell additional solutions
Confidently navigate pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and common objections in an SMB sales environment
Own the sales-to-service handoff by ensuring onboarding is booked within 24 to 48 hours and that client context is clearly documented
Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to support early-stage client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value realization
Maintain strong product and market fluency across local SEO, digital advertising, reputation management, and AI-enabled solutions
Leverage AI-driven tools to support call preparation, research, follow-ups, objection handling, and pipeline management
Share feedback, insights, and best practices to help continuously improve sales execution and AI adoption across the team

Required

3 to 4 years of sales experience
Strong foundation in consultative selling
Strong presentation skills
Experience navigating pricing and objections
Experience managing a sales pipeline
Ability to sell to small and mid-sized businesses
Comfortable leading product demonstrations and onboarding-style conversations
Motivated to continuously sharpen sales craft
Confident using CRM systems
Curious and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflow
Ability to conduct 8 to 10 scheduled sales calls per day
