Talent Acquisition Manager
Lendyx is a fast-growing company building a high-performance lending platform, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruiting efforts. The role involves running full-cycle recruiting, building talent pipelines, and supporting HR functions to ensure a structured onboarding process and performance management as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Run full-cycle recruiting for sales, underwriting, processing, and ops
Build a predictable hiring machine
Create scorecards, interview scripts, and decision frameworks so we hire consistently and fast
Build talent pipelines (LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, local recruiting, etc.)
Manage local internship programs
Keep employees accountable to timelines and standards
Onboarding: make day 1–30 clean, fast, and structured
Performance support: tracking, documentation, basic HR compliance and best practices
Help implement simple HR workflows (reviews, disciplinary process, org charts, comp updates)
Partner with leadership on org design, role clarity, and team structure as we expand
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in recruiting and/or HR (high-growth preferred)
Comfortable working in-office and moving fast
Strong writing and communication
Preferred
experience recruiting in finance, real estate, lending, or high-velocity sales
