Responsibilities
Preparing accurate estimates for both small interior projects ($50K–$200K) and large ground-up developments up to $40M+
Performing detailed on-screen takeoffs using digital estimating software
Managing a high volume of bids with quick turnaround times
Collaborating closely with a young, energetic estimating department in an open-office environment
Contributing to a busy and fast-moving workflow without requiring extensive oversight
Qualification
Required
Preparing accurate estimates for both small interior projects ($50K–$200K) and large ground-up developments up to $40M+
Performing detailed on-screen takeoffs using digital estimating software
Managing a high volume of bids with quick turnaround times
Collaborating closely with a young, energetic estimating department in an open-office environment
Contributing to a busy and fast-moving workflow without requiring extensive oversight
Strong digital takeoff and estimating skills (software proficiency matters more than trade background)
Able to 'plug in' quickly and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Collaborative communicator who fits well within a close-knit team
Thrives in an open, informal office setting
Preferred
Drywall estimating experience strongly preferred
High proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff software (PlanSwift experience is a plus)
Ability to handle both fast, small bids and multi-day large takeoffs
Comfortable working on large ground-up multifamily projects with hundreds of units
