Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation
Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and team members
Anticipate needs and take initiative to keep cases moving efficiently
Provide occasional after-hours support when necessary to meet critical deadlines
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience
A Bachelor's degree in any field, or an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, is required
Preferred
Experience in defense litigation and familiarity with complex case processes preferred
Previous trial support experience
