They are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to manage projects, lead teams, build client relationships, and ensure project quality within their Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Building Engineering group.

Responsibilities
Managing projects for scope, schedule, and budget
Leading interdisciplinary in-house and sub-consultant team members
Assisting with pursuing federal, military, judicial, airport, and other projects
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Developing proposals and monitoring scopes, fees, schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontracts
Scheduling and facilitating team and client meetings
Providing project quality control
Developing and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction
Providing technical guidance in your area of expertise
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related field from an accredited college or university
At least 7 years of relevant project experience with at least 2 years of project management experience
If no degree, must have at least 11 years of relevant project experience with at least 2 years of project management experience
A valid driver's license and travel will be required (potentially up to 25% of the time)
Preferred
A professional license in engineering or architecture is highly preferred
Current accreditation as a LEED AP, WELL AP, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional are also a plus
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience managing medium to large projects
Experience developing new clients and maintaining relationships with current clients
Experience developing proposals including scope and pricing
Experience with quality control
Experience mentoring less experienced staff
Experience or familiarity with AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors
