Responsibilities
Provide overall project support for multiple areas including project database management, document management, project reviews and other meetings, project reporting, and process management
Drive the management of processes, methods, and technologies used by project managers
Conduct or participate in audits or assessments and manage findings to completion
Manage continuous improvement initiatives in all aspects of the team functions and update process documents accordingly
Determine the optimal resources for reporting and tracking projects to best achieve the organization’s operational and financial goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business or Project Management
3+ years of experience dealing directly with project managers, milestones, and key project deliverables
Advanced knowledge of project management concepts and practices
Proficiency in office and project management tools like Microsoft Office applications, OnePM (Planview), SAP, Salesforce and others
An analytical mindset to create and manage various reports
Excellent English skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally & written
Self-motivated, well organized, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines, good listening skills, excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and work effectively under pressure
Management skills to coordinate initiatives or improvements and inform and coach team members to achieve full implementation
