Responsibilities

Report directly to the Senior Field Sales Operations Manager to assist with daily needs from the Field Sales team
Serve as a point of support for day-to-day questions from the field sales team, helping to route requests and provide timely assistance
Support ongoing sales initiatives and operational projects as needed
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and internal trackers related to sales activities, inventory, and team resources
Submit and track product sample requests for the Field Sales team
Assist with data organization and accuracy to ensure smooth communication between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
Ship items from HQ to field sales team members as needed
Assist with new hire apparel orders, including set-up, ordering, and distribution

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Strong interest in field sales, merchandising, and marketing within the beverage or CPG industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel locally and participate in ride-alongs
