New Grad, Entry LevelSWARCO is seeking a detailed-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will support the finance team with billing, payment processing, customer account management, and compliance-related documentation.

Responsibilities
Create new customer accounts
Prepare and send preliminary notices in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements
Process Lien Waiver releases
Release sales order from credit hold
Post and apply customer payments accurately
Collect, review and maintain customer resale certificates to ensure tax compliance
Track expiration dates and request updated resale certificates as needed
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, notices, and tax documentation
Support audits and financial reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be computer literate, i.e., spreadsheet application and word processor programs
Ability to follow up on pending issues and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment
Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics software helpful but not required
