Administrative Assistant - Part time
Azuria Water Solutions is a leading provider of technologies and services for pipeline rehabilitation. They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Manager and assist with various administrative tasks including coordinating meetings, maintaining databases, and supporting the hiring process.
Utilities
Responsibilities
Coordinate all meetings or conferences by arranging facilities, making travel arrangements including hotel reservations, issuing information or invitations. Compose and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents on a weekly/monthly basis
Prepares purchase requisitions, payment requests, codes invoices, enter cash receipts
Assist with company events both internal and external
Assist with orders and maintaining office supplies
Maintains various databases and spreadsheet files as requested
Assist with Payroll processing
Support new employee hire process both temporary and full-time
Support company incentive plans/programs
Qualification
Required
An associate degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a multi-person team environment
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Must be self-sufficient and highly motivated
Must be able to interact with Business Leaders and Management in a mature and businesslike manner
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
