Responsibilities
Acts as an independent engineer in support of creation and deployment of reference architecture designs to be consumed for global deployments of Avaya UC and CC solutions
Individual Contributor that designs, installs, configures, customizes, implements, and documents Avaya CC and UC reference solutions
Deploy the reference solutions via Automation and fine-tune on an on-going basis
Use VMware tools such as vSphere and vCenter for deployment
Provides management updates and reports on project responsibilities, progress, dependencies, risks, and escalations
Ability to work independently and in team environments in shifts with discipline in a remote working environment
Willingness to adopt and learn newer technologies
Qualification
Required

Deploy the reference solutions via Automation and fine-tune on an on-going basis. Use VMware tools such as vSphere and vCenter for deployment
10-15 years of proven industry experience working with Avaya solution installations and configurations
Ability to support multiple initiatives at any given time
Provides management updates and reports on project responsibilities, progress, dependencies, risks, and escalations
Ability to work independently and in team environments in shifts with discipline in a remote working environment
Willingness to adopt and learn newer technologies
Strong implementation experience on Avaya UC and/or CC solutions
Strong VMware hands-on experience
Avaya UC and CC integration experience spanning multiple Avaya products
Strong knowledge in Linux OS & Windows OS internal working
Core Data Networking and Network Management
One or more ACDS/ACSS certification on below platforms + Team Engagement, Aura Core, IX Workplace, IX Meetings, IX Messaging, CC Elite, CMS, Breeze, AES, Experience Portal, Oceana, Avaya Analytics, and others
BE / BTech
Range Of Year Experience-Min Year 10
Range Of Year Experience-Max Year 13
Preferred
Certifications on VMWare / MCSA / RHEL
Integration of Avaya systems with other third-party non-Avaya adjuncts – CRM, Call Recording, Workforce Optimization, and others
Security and Networking knowledge will be an advantage
Strong SIP Session Management and SIP protocol knowledge
Create and document Architecture Design Artifacts for the solution – Power Point for higher level design representation, Technical Visio Drawings, Configuration Details /Test Plans in Excel and Detailed descriptions in Microsoft Word
