Responsibilities
Lead investigation and resolution of recurring quality issues
Initiate and verify corrective and preventive actions
Enforce ISO 9001 / AS9100 and internal quality standards
Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and customer returns
Investigate and disposition customer returns
Conduct quality audits as assigned
Lead and schedule hourly inspection teams
Support advanced inspection methods, including AOI
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
5–10+ years Quality Engineering experience
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools
Ability to read and apply engineering drawings and specifications
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
